BNL1

Product Description

BNL1 is a powerful and ready-to-use facade cleaner, specifically developed for efficiently removing white lime efflorescence and cement haze on masonry. The product restores color differences in the grout caused by lime efflorescence, making the facade look clean and even again.

BNL1 can be used on all types of brick and all cement-based mortars, except for shell lime-containing mortars and porous lime-containing natural stone. Due to its unique composition, it is the perfect choice for restoring the original appearance of brick walls and joints.

No pretreatment of the substrate is necessary. The BNL1 is also extremely suitable for cleaning tools that have been in contact with lime or cement-based products.

FAQ

My facade has white deposits, what can I do about this?

White deposits on your facade are usually caused by lime efflorescence that is drawn to the surface. You can effectively remove this with a special lime and cement haze remover such as BNL1. This product dissolves the deposits and restores the original appearance of the masonry.

What is the consumption per m² of the BNL products?

  • For BNL 1, 5 and 7 approximately 1 litre per m² applies.
  • For BNL 10 approximately 0.7 litres per m² applies.

Can I remove white deposits myself or do I need a specialist?

In many cases you can remove white deposits yourself, provided you use the right product and the right method. BNL1 has been developed for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. It is important that you work carefully, test a trial area and follow the safety instructions. For large or sensitive surfaces, we can advise you and take care of the facade cleaning for you.

Is there a possibility to test whether BNL1 suits me?

Absolutely! We have developed a starter kit for BNL 1. In addition to a jerry can with 10 litres of the product, it contains a bucket, block brush, safety goggles and gloves. This way you can get started right away.

Which product do I need to effectively remove white deposits?

To remove lime efflorescence and cement haze, you need BNL1. This has been specially developed to thoroughly dissolve these deposits without affecting the underlying material (when used correctly).

How long is the guarantee after facade cleaning?

The guarantee after facade cleaning and impregnating depends on several factors, such as the condition of the facade and the correct application of the product. When everything is carried out correctly, our systems can provide 20 to even 40 years of protection.

Do you also offer facade cleaning?

Yes! We even recommend this on a regular basis. Because we have a large network of facade cleaning companies, cleaning companies and other companies active in impregnating facades and masonry in the Benelux/Europe, there is often a suitable party nearby that we can put you in contact with.

Are your products PFAS free?

Yes, within professional impregnating agents it has long been the standard not to use PFAS.
